However, avoid consuming caffeine too late in the day as it can interfere with sleep.
Omega-3 Essential Fatty Acids: Specifically, one to three grams of EPA essential fatty acid per day can improve mood and cognitive function, which in turn supports focus and concentration. These can be obtained from supplements or food sources like fatty fish and algae.
Remember, the best cognitive enhancer is a good night's sleep and sufficient nutrition. Overeating or being overly hungry can also affect your ability to focus.
